The New Health Commissioning Landscape

Central London, 9:15-16:00

To book a place, visit the Inside Government website.

The Government has accepted the ?core? changes to its NHS reforms recommended by the NHS Future Forum, the group of health experts, and made changes to put patients at the centre of the health service.

The changes will mean less bureaucracy and waste, a greater focus on quality and results for patients, and more freedom for doctors, nurses and the wider frontline.

With this in mind we would like to take this opportunity to invite you to attend our forthcoming forum on 'The New Health Commissioning Landscape', which takes place on Wednesday 21st September 2011 in Central London.

Delegates attending this forum will engage with and question leading stakeholders from across the field on the latest commissioning policy. Sessions will examine the Government's reforms; outline the role of managers and clinicians in the commissioning process; and recommend how the process can be streamlined to deliver greater value for money.

CONFIRMED SPEAKERS INCLUDE:
- Andrew Webster, National Director for Joint Commissioning, Department of Health
- Dr Clare Gerada, Chair, Royal College of General Practitioners
- Nick Goodwin, Senior Fellow, King?s Fund
- Gail Adams, Head of Nursing, UNISON

** HALF DAY rates apply for this FULL day forum for all sectors **
