Course overview
Behaviour change is one of the most cost effective ways for organisations to reduce carbon. Getting the technological fix right is one thing, but overcoming the barriers that colleagues face in walking the sustainability talk is a complex task.

Drawing on practical examples from Global Action Plan?s 17 years' experience of environmental behaviour change, the session will focus on the "people" part of carbon reduction, highlighting how staff can make measurable change.

Learning outcomes
The science behind behaviour change and the key elements to a successful campaign
The best way to communicate your message using real life examples
How to measure behaviour change and associated carbon and financial savings
