Preventive Health 2011

This is the UK?s premier event for those directly involved in improving the nation?s health through a preventive, evidence led approaches to delivering medical and public health and promoting healthy lifestyles.

This year's programme will provide a crucial and timely update on the government's plans regarding the new role of GP?s in the preventive health agenda, improving commissioning methods, and creating an integrated approach to immunisation. In addition, the cardiovascular perspective, delivering cancer reform, preventing the spread of obesity and the Government?s mental health strategy will be covered.
