Health Economics CPD Event


Wheldon Building, Bangor University

Free CPD event for all public health practitioners interested in learning about health economics.

The workshop will be led by Professor Ceri Phillips (Swansea University) and Professor Rhiannon Tudor Edwards (Bangor University).

This interactive session will provide an opportunity to:

Introduce delegates to health economics in public health Consider the associated challenges for public health Explore and critically appraise a health economics case study through group work
The event is relevant for:

All public health professionals / workers

How to apply:

The event is free to attend [failure to attend without 48hrs notice will result in an administration fee of £45 per delegate] To reserve a place complete and return a registration form Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.


Before the event:

On receipt of registration forms individuals will be sent an email to confirm their place; joining instructions will also be provided In preparation for the event, all delegates will be expected to have read two papers which will be circulated along with the joining instructions
