This event is designed to showcase a range of successful examples of competence-based workforce transformation in the developing health and social care landscape.
This event will help you develop strategies to:
Understand and promote the benefits of a competence approach to workforce transformation - highlighting the potential gains in productivity and improvements in the quality of services. Promote a competence based approach bringing together health and social care through ?patient/client? pathway design with all its inherent benefits. Enhance workforce ?buy in? to innovative change, promoting greater skills and development which will increase motivation and productivity gains. You will also hear from our guest speaker, Peter Rowe, National QIPP Lead for medicines use and procurement, Department of Health, about the challenges and benefits of workforce transformation and its importance in helping to move forward the QIPP agenda.
